About Billie

Born & raised in the heart of the Bluegrass, I cherish my rich roots of central Kentucky. Throughout my childhood, one of my favorite things was to hear my parents announce, “Let’s go for a country drive.” With the windows down & summer wind greeting our palms, we would take unknown back roads to discover new landscapes until we got lost, and then retrace our route back home. That’s how I fell in love and became so familiar with the architectural & natural beauty of the small towns & farms scattered through the countryside.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was a Certified Nursing Assistant for over 10 years, working with the elderly & disabled. My heart of a caregiver spills over to my clients as I show compassion during an often stressful transition of buying or selling a home, sometimes both. I make sure that all of your needs are met, that you are comfortable, and knowledgeable of the process. I'm truly in your corner.

I consider my most important motivation to be my family. I am married with two rowdy boys, who both run cross country for Scott County schools & excel at academics. The activities I enjoy most are spending time with my family & friends, running (5k mostly), exploring new hiking trails, travelling, UK basketball, woodworking, and home repair taught to me by my handy husband. Yes, I can do drywall and build furniture. I would rather have a power tool in my hand than a spatula.

I am excited to be a part of the Keller Williams family and to help you with any & all of your Real Estate needs.
